What is my child learning?

In 3rd grade, students start to build important foundational skills in multiplication and division that they will continue to use as they progress in math. Skip-counting is an important step in building students’ fluency with multiplication and division facts and their ability to detect patterns. This activity provides a fun context for students to memorize skip-counting sequences that will help them with both multiplication and division.
