What is my child learning?

In 5th grade, children learn how to write and solve numerical expressions using multiple steps. By playing this game, they practice the order of operations, which is the rule that tells us what part of a math problem to solve first. They are also practicing their basic addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division facts in a fun, fast-paced way.
