What is my child learning?

Through this week’s Wellness activity, your child is developing mindful observation skills and nature connection. By deliberately pausing to notice natural elements from both the earth and sky, they are practicing building stamina and sensory awareness across different environments. This activity also helps children develop descriptive language and emotional awareness as they articulate what they see and how it makes them feel. The reflection component encourages critical thinking about the importance of nature and helps children recognize the emotional benefits of spending time outdoors.
